Pilot program · Austin, TX

Visual inspection for machine shops. Trained on your good parts.

The VZSOR Station is a bench camera, light box and fixture that checks every part for scratches, dents and missing features, and logs a photo of each one.

How it works

Three steps, on your bench.

01

Photograph good parts

Seat about 20 good parts in the fixture, one at a time. No defect samples needed.

02

Train on the station

The model learns what a good part looks like, on your network, with no cloud upload.

03

Inspect every part

Each part gets PASS or FAIL plus a heatmap of where it looks different. The inspector makes the final call.

Why VZSOR

Made for small shops, not production lines.

No defect library

The model is trained on good parts only. Rare defects you have never photographed can still stand out.

Built for shiny metal

A diffuse light box and a V-block fixture come with the station, so machined aluminum looks the same on every shot.

Stays in your shop

Runs on a computer on your network. No cloud account, no license files, no dongles.

A record for every part

Photo, heatmap, result, operator and lot for every part. Export to CSV for audits and customer questions.

Where we are

Early, and honest about it.

VZSOR is in its pilot phase. We do not publish accuracy numbers yet. In a pilot we measure escapes and false rejects on your own parts, against a test set we agree on before we start.

  • Cosmetic and missing-feature checks on one part number
  • Pass/fail record with image for every part
  • Results reported as escapes and false rejects
  • Not a dimensional gauge or a CMM replacement
  • Not a replacement for your inspector
  • No certification claims
